When you specify a Realm, you are telling Radiator what to look for in the
username string, and by extension what to do with the packet so identified.
In this case, <Realm my.isp.com.au> will match a username of the form
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]". If you then want to proxy such requests to a remote
radius server, you would indeed use an AuthBy RADIUS inside the Realm. If you
are using radpwtst as above, have you got a Client clause set up for it? and
have you got the shared secret correct? (radpwtst uses "mysecret" by default).
In any case, it would be most helpful to see a copy of your configuration file
(no secrets) together with a trace 4 debug to see what is going on.
