It would be helpful to have a full trace 4 debug to see the contents of the
packets, but as the port number is reported as 11813, I am assuming that these
are accounting packets? I would first of all check the shared secrets to verify
that they are correct, and if the problem is only with accounting packets you
could try the IgnoreAcctSignature parameter for the Client.
