Your users file above is returning a Reply attribute of "Time = Mo1800-0600".

If you want to use it as a check item, do this:

timer   Time = Mo1800-0600, User-Password = "xxxxxx"
        Service-Type = Framed-User
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-Routing = None,
        Framed-MTU = 1500,
        Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobson-TCP-IP
