In your database field you would have this:
Time = "Al0000-2359"
or
Time = "Al0000-1000"
and in your configuration file:
<AuthBy SQL>
......
AuthSelect select ......
.....
AuthColumnDef n, GENERIC, check
.....
</AuthBy>
