We have a similar setup, and *had* a similar problem.  Here's a likely
cause.

When you have more than one HiPer ARC, as you may know, it uses a facility
called MPIP.  Well, one of the effects of using this facility, is that
occasionally an extra accounting record will come through with a
NAS-Port-Type of Virtual.  This means that the usage count can go up
sometimes when it shouldn't.

The quick solution is to add a Handler clause that handles port types of
Virtual, that uses a null session database.  This way those Virtual
records won't clog the session database.
