Hi ,
I'm trying to install a dialup system using
Radiator and Rodopi.
my Radius is installed in Linux and Rodopi off
course in NT. I heard that I can use Sybase driver to make the connection
between Radiator and MS SQL .
I tried to install
sybase-common-....rpm
sybase-ase-....rpm
and I declared <AuthBy
RODOPI>
# Change DBSource, DBUsername, DBAuth for your database
# See the reference manual
# ON NT, You will need to add a System DSN for Rodopi:
# DBSource dbi:ODBC:Rodopi
# DBUsername Rodopi
# DBAuth rodopi
# Heres how you might connect to the Rodopi MS-SQL
# database from Unix using DBD-Sybase
DBSource dbi:Sybase:Rodopi
DBUsername Rodopi
DBAuth rodopi
</AuthBy>

in radius.cfg
but when I run test.pl it said no OK. I
think my Sybase driver is not correctly installed.
But I don't know which is the correct
way?
I follow many documents and guides in the Net but
may be they are very confusing.
I follow the guide to install sybase driver :
ctlib-linux-elf.tar but I can't compile this package, (segmentation
fault!).
so I use sybase-common-....rpm
sybase-ase-....rpm
but I faced the problem as describe above. Could
you help me?
