It looks like the DBI/DBD-Sybase modules are not installed correctly.

I suggest you start with a very simple file based set up to start with, so you can be sure that Radiator is installed and operating correctly. Only when that is done should you go on to more complicated configurations.

BTW - you might also find DBD-Proxy to be an attractive alternative.

We also offer contract installation services if that is an option for you.
