Hello,
this looks very odd. It seems as if your Oracle is trying to print an error,
and some problem in the Oracle configuration is preventing the error message
being found.
I suggest you try running the query:
select YIADDR, SUBNETMASK,
DNSSERVER from RADPOOL where POOL='pool' and STATE=0 order by TIME_STAMP
by hand in sqlplus to see what it says. If you get the same error message
there may be a problem with your Oracle installation.
