(RADIATOR) authetication problem

We are Using Radiator-2.17.1, we are new to radius we wanna use Radiator with Cisco AS5300 these are the files I wanna use but user "asif" is unable to connect. Looking if anyone help me to find the problem for the same. We are using Radiator at Windows NT ver4.0   What I am doing is   Radiator-2.17.1> perl radiusd -config_file myrad.cfg      My-rad.cfg ---------------- DbDir  .
