Thanks for sending the copies of the files.

You users file entry is incorrect, it should look like this:

User File
-------------
asif  User-Password = "asif"
       Service-Type = Framed-User, 
       Framed-Protocol = PPP,
       Service-Type = Framed-User,
       Framed-Protocol = PPP

All the check items should be on the first line, and the reply items on the 
second and following lines.
