(RADIATOR) Radiator Start

Hi Hugh  I just installed the radiator server over to my production box which is a Solaris Server, when I send a access request from radpwtst I get a response saying no response. I looked at the logs and there is nothing there just the banner message stating radiator was started and the ports its listening on for authentication and accounting. Where did I go wrong.
