Title: ORourke54.htm
It could have something to do with that.

I notice that some of the e-mail reminders I send to myself do not always arrive in the same font I am sending. Don't know if that is a Thunderbird/Outlook thing, or if the work computer does not have this font installed.

"There is no virtue in compulsory government charity, and there is no virtue in advocating it. A politician who portrays himself as "caring" and "sensitive" because he wants to expand the government's charitable programs is merely saying that he's willing to try to do good with other people's money. Well, who isn't? And a voter who takes pride in supporting such programs is telling us that he'll do good with his own money -- if a gun is held to his head."--P. J. O'Rourke

Thanks for the info. I have no idea why there is a size difference
in your e-mail. Does this have anything to do with Mac vs PC ?

Anyway, what most concerns me is the font STYLE.
If you would tell me, it would be very helpful to know
whether the styles ( the equivalent of Arial Black )
came across as IDENTICAL in each case.

The screen shot pix ( jpg ) at the bottom is exact in terms
of style, but maybe my enlargements were not "read" exactly as sent
when the e-mail was received.

Anyway, what I most need to find out is whether the style is the same.
I'm using a font called Arena because I can't get Arial Black to
function except in italics, which does me no good.

Thanks again

Billy
