All too often, a group of smart people come up with a great social innovation that they market to the public as if it were fabric softener or a smartphone. Such approaches are top-down, even though they can sometimes serve important purposes. Movements, on the other hand, start from the ground-up. These organic efforts, because of their authenticity, can quickly become unstoppable freight trains. Core to the idea of crowdsourcing is the notion that crowds are wiser than elites. So why not apply this model to a new political party that will deliver results and be accountable to you? -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism Radical Centrism website and blog: http://RadicalCentrism.org
