Let's say, as an example, if medical advances perfected a vasectomy procedure with a 100% reversal rate. If, just as we remove foreskins from newborns with regularity, we give boys this vasectomy procedure with that same regularity, it would bring the abortion rate to, effectively, zero. Men would simply reverse the procedure when they get married and are ready to have children.
