I agree it is a problem, but it overstates the case. Increasingly technology is 
about execution, innovation, and scale -- things not easily copied. There is a 
cost, but far less than even 20 years ago. 

In fact, the most profitable thing to steal is manufacturing techniques, and 
right now they know more than we do...

The things American industry needs to regain our competitive edge are mostly 
things that can't be copied -- or things we need to steal from China!
