What We Do
So What the Friggins Do We Do?
Rebellious Truths is a social movement for truth,
integrity and accountability in our political and media
systems, and our culture at large. We are educating the
populace on the major issues they are not being informed
about, or being misinformed about, that are essential to
their proper self-governance and livelihood. We are breaking
down the walls of rigid dogma and falsehoods that have
prevented us from coming together and finding sustainable
solutions for all. We are shifting the old partisan paradigm
into a new unifying “freethinking framework.” We are giving
truth a new identity through innovation, intellectual
fearlessness, creativity, unique advocacy and through
you…the mighty people. We are helping to create the next
generation of responsible revolutionaries. In many ways we
are the glue, the bridge, and the edgy-ethical marketing
that help many wonderful ideas and organizations reach the
people, especially the youth, unlike ever before.
Still sound kind of vague? Yea, we understand that.
Honestly, we want to keep it open and broad so that a wide
spectrum of people can feel welcome and so the people
themselves can mold the movement. But let’s add
some concrete to this mix:
We Make Sick Videos: Visual activism is a
powerful tool to help educate and inspire. We feel that
packaging educational and fact-based material into an
artistic narrative with a unique visual style appeals to a
wider demographic than most traditional mediums. Our videos
are meant to inform, inspire, dazzle, push a button or two,
and be a representation of how using human creativity
towards ethical means can change the world.
We Put on Creative Events: Music is
perhaps the greatest unifier. Human interaction is
fundamental and we live and breathe to be inspired by the
creative spirit. Through music and artistry-driven events,
we hope to pair passion with truth and reach a wider
demographic with our message. Sometimes we put on our events
solo, other times we have the privilege of putting them on
with groups that share similar values and goals!
We Do Revolutionary Digital Advocacy: We
aren’t your typical letter-writing lemmings or petition
pushers…we want to push digital advocacy into the 21st
century. Our first step has been our FACEBOOK
BOMB which allows individuals and groups
to come together and unleash a digital barrage of vocal
dissent at the corrupt! We’ve got many more ideas in the
cooker so stay
UPDATED!
We Unify: We seek to bridge the
ideological divide! One of the great appeals of Rebellious
Truths’ message and mission is that it can encompass a wide
and diverse range of organizations and subject matters as
long as they are committed to the truth and shattering the
corrupt status quo. We are thus able to collaborate, partner
and work with a variety of noble causes to advance a common
goal, and even bring those that might not normally work
together to finally shake hands in solidarity.
We Build Community: It all comes down to
people doesn’t it? Love for all? At the end of the day this
is a responsible revolution for the love of all humanity,
and we are fostering that through community, both online and
in the real world. Through our events, workshops,
volunteers, online presence, our partnerships and the
inspiring spirit of our Rebels, we are creating community.
We Have Contests: We want to give our
supporters a forum to create work to help the movement, and
incentivize them to do so. Whether it’s a free-for-all
creative contest on why we need truth in our society, or an
essay competition espousing the deconstruction of impotent
ego-centric paradigms in search of creative communal ones
(BOOM YOU LIKE THOSE BIG WORDS?), it all helps contribute to
the movement, creates community and gives back.
We are Fearless with the Truth: With our
videos, blogs, social media, articles and events we are
almost always putting out the truths that the corrupt status
quo in all their forms don’t want you to know about. Our
feature pieces are thoroughly researched and we do our best
to remove any ideological slant. We’re not perfect TRUTH-SEEKING
ROBOTS and we will make mistakes, but we’re
honest about that. There is no “truth.com” and ultimately
it’s up to you the individual to determine those deeper
truths based upon an open-minded framework.

pushing the boundaries of the once-impossible and yet
undreamed. You the people, you the beautiful American youth,
are the ones that will make this world a better place, and
we are so happy to be apart of your wonder.
