We are
having some trouble making Agile work. I'm not sure if it is
management resistance, kind of silly since they are pushing that
way, or if the difficulties are inherent in trying to involve
teams around the world in one project. In theory, India and
Poland can work while we sleep, but we wind up with someone
somewhere undoing the work of someone else, somewhere else.
Progress is erratic. And, of course, the folks you may
need to talk to are probably asleep when you're available to talk.
6 AM meetings are not optimal. I don't make sense until at least 8 AM. :-) David "The
principal villain in rising health
care costs is the government. Not
pharmaceutical companies, not doctors,
but government."--Neal
