I think the term you're looking for is bootstrap. Not zero, but still a tiny 
amount of seed funding, with most of the "capital" coming in the form of 
experience and sweat equity. 

I agree completely we need a real Social Movement Organization (not Centroids) 
if you want to take RC to the next level. The question is: what is the minimum 
amount of time, effort, and money it would take to bootstrap it? Waiting for 
someone to just give us a million dollars seems neither necessary or wise. 

Tell you what: come up with a solid business plan to bootstrap RC using only 
the $32,500 HP had available, and I will take responsibility for raising the 
money for you.
