. There is no way to deny the facts . Why are Radical Centrists unimpressed by majority opinion? Because, as often as not, it is objectively dead wrong . Left or Right, it doesn't matter. . Much better to be a Contrarian: Don't take this 100% literally, but about 90% would seem to be close, the fact is that the majority is always ill-informed, heavily politically biased, stupid, and out-to-lunch. Therefore, whatever the majority believes, you will be right if you take the completely opposite view. The corollary is that if you believe in the views of the majority you will be as wrong as they are. . Like it or not. . . This is axiomatic to Radical Centrist philosophy . . . -Mencken
