Why is it that pretty much ALL the presidential candidates in the last election ranged from terrifying to bizarre? The Democrats have the excuse that they are all career politicians, so we can blame the system. But why was there no sane and competent individual willing to run for public office? Do you actually HAVE to be crazy to want to be President? The most interesting wild card is that, post-Trump, the Democrats might be willing to go for a corporate executive rather than a politician. That would certainly bring in some new blood, er, coffee http://fortune.com/2018/11/09/howard-schultz-starbucks-ceo-president-run-2020/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2017/09/08/the-top-15-possible-2020-democratic-nominees-ranked/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.9996044bf558 — Ernie P. \ > -- -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism Radical Centrism website and blog: http://RadicalCentrism.org --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community" group.
