Hmm Put another way, they would have had to cultivate humility and accountability for decades in order to have nothing to hide. Which is not something we tend to reward culturally, so it is rare to find in our top leaders. Worse, anyone who’s successful in other fields would have to become a naive student again, which is also excruciatingly difficult. Hmm.
