their customers happy. For proof, look no further than these forums. I
can't think of many other companies that interact with their customers

Fortunately, in the days of internet connected devices, it's very easy
for them to give us firmware updates and fix the bugs. I have been happy
with every Squeezebox product I have ever purchased. That's why I was
one of the first ones in line to get the new Radio. Do I wish it worked
perfectly right out of the gate? Of course, but based on past
experience, I'm not worried. That's why I started this thread. I wanted
to let people who were new to the whole Squeezebox experience know that
the kinks will be ironed out in time.
