Two weeks. And sorry - for me a not working alarm is so critical that I'd expect a fix (or at least a sign that someone is working on the problem or at least treats it with the upmost importance) within days. I failure rate of 20% for alarms (2 days out of 10) really annoys me very much (don't ask my wife).
