I have the "sync volume" option enabled and want both devices to synchronously change volume so if he turns down one the other will go down, too. Just like with the Sonos. Now with SB you can only adjust the absolute volume level and on the Radio you have no other preamp to change gain in between. So if you can't find a setting where "50%" and "25%" is likely acceptable on both devices, you are in trouble. I see the same, that's why Sonos and iPeng have that feature to have a "Master" volume that changes the volume on all devices but you can still make relative adjustments for single players.
