In my experience opening a new bug for the same - or even closely related - bug/enhancement rq is not a good strategy. It will likely get flagged as a duplicate and then marked up with strikethrough (effectively deleted, even though the post is still there for the record). If you didn't think the initial post was well worded then you can add your own comment. That's how these things get focused, refined, and in some cases eventually implemented.
