Yes Radish, I am not sure who said theyed fix it and I trust you but do you represent logitech? So, can you tell me why they have NOT fixed it? I have not been told by anyone official that the warranty is 2 years parts and labor. Do you think that is interesting that this very important error stating that the "warranty: 1 year hardware" has NOT been changed AND there is no users manual available online for the SB Radio stating clearly what is the warranty. I think that if Logitech knows this is inaccurate then they should change this important consumer guarantee asap to avoid misunderstandings both ways.
What do you think Radish? I love the SB system and I want everyone to be happy. I also think Logitech needs to be made aware of this error.
