I have the same situation since the beginning. As soon as I switch off my computer (and so squeezebox server), in order to use my radio, I have to go in advanced settings and connect to my network again (wifi), then I have to select mysqueezebox.com.
And sometimes, when I switch on my computer, it connects to the server but get no sound. I have to switch off/switch on the radio to hear something... I am on 7.2, firmaware 7.2.1 r7915. Should I try 7.5 ?
