Fry's is wonderful if you go in knowing EXACTLY what you want. In other words it's great for a techie who knows that they need a specific model of CPU, a specific battery, etc. Their customer service is horrendous and makes Best Buy look like angels by comparison. They do have great deals on Blu-ray discs. I've been anticipating them moving into the Colorado market now for a couple of years, but they haven't. They are still a great place to go, when again, you know exactly what you are looking for and you're willing to dig through aisles and aisles of crap to find it. An employee at Fry's willing to go into the stock room and dig a Squeezebox out for you?
