Where's the sync setting - on SBS? I've lost presets (i.e. get a "preset undefined" message) since I connected my SB Radio to a local SC/SBS and switched back and forth a few times. I seem to have lost alarm settings too. Can you see what the presets are set to from SBS - they seem very similar to Favourites so I wondered if they were just stored favourites with special names (e.g. "#1")?
