Yes, I have Twonky running also, and it works fine. Your SSOTS should default to port 9099, and your Squeezebox Server installation should default to port 9001 when it diagnoses that Twonky is running on 9000. This is how it is supposed to work. I'm sure you'll get it sorted. Meanwhile, kep persevering!
