Thanks for the replies so far. Basicaly my radio can't see the server, so the switch library function doesn't work as the radio doesn't see any libraries. The oddity is that the server knows the radio is trying to connect and I can make the radio play music by cueing it up through the web UI.
I have no idea whether this is a hardware or software issue. Logitech support have been somewhere between unhelpful and rude.
