If the need to get up is important, then don't snooze.  If you want 10 mins 
extra, then set the alarm 10 mins later!

But I agree - push knob for snooze, if the alarm has been set with a timeout, 
meaning the device is in "alarm" mode.  If the alarm timeout is 0, then the 
device wouldn't be in alarm mode when the music starts up, and thus knob 
doesn't need to snooze.  Everyone happy (I think), and the alarm system would 
be versatile to work for bedrooms, kitchens, etc.

I think it would make slightly more sense to make volume knob be the snooze 
function (personally), as this relates to volume control, and I find it just as 
easy to locate on the front panel.
