The problem is playing via mysb.co means the initial connecti0ons is from the mysb.com server in Germany (or possibly US with current redirection for UYK users) and so the BBC thinks it is an outside UK user.
The workaround is to add "#slim:noscan=1,aid=2" to the end of a proper URL and then the stream should be started from your Radio.
