I wanted to provide an update on this issue. It has taken a while to unravel, since there were multiple root issues AFAIK:
1. European connectivity issues with Frankfurt datacenter 2. Change in its IP address confuses Radio (not just Europe) 3. Inactive Radio sometimes confuses MySqueezebox.com (not just Europe) 4. Alarms set on MySqueezebox.com sometimes don't trigger at the time set Issue #1 has been addressed by temporarily moving all UK players to a US datacenter and the imminent addition of computing power in our Frankfurt datacenter. Issues #2-4 above are actively being investigated. #2 will eventually require a Radio firmware update, and #3 requires a change to the software on MySqueezebox.com. Issue #4 is caused by Issues #1-3 above and bugs in the alarm code. We're not done fixing issues #2-4 just yet. There may be other issues contributing to network connectivity problems, so we need to finish our investigation to be sure. Thank you for your patience while we continue working on them. The goal is to update all Radios and MySqueezebox.com as soon as we're ready.
