If it is implemented, it isn't publicised.  There's no instruction during setup 
that the MySqueezebox.com registration can be skipped by pressing back.  It 
would actually be a bit weird, wouldn't it?  I'd expect Back to go back to the 
previous step, or a long press on Back to go to the start of setup.
