Mountain Time should be UTC-7 in winter, and UTC-6 in summer. Is the date correct in the machine(s) ? Is there a DST setting somewhere ?
Can you see how the hardware (CMOS) clock saves the time on the server ? All systems store time as UTC, except of course Windows which prefers storing local time in the hardware clock.
