down for me too in Paris. Factory reset did nothing. wifi signal around 70%. I brought the radio close to my modem to try a wired connection and when I restarted it (still wireless but very close to the box with 100% wifi signal), I immediately got the connection to mysb.com. It's now back to my bedroom and works fine. How can this be so unreliable ?
