Gotta say I'm with you on the intent behind all your points, although some of the specifics might not be as easy as they sound (eg increasing brightness as volume ramps up)
But I particularly agree with [5]. The alarm snooze interface is my major bugbear with the radio. It just seems so ill-thought-out and in need of a bit more common sense. Currently feels like an afterthought. Certainly not designed by one of life's snoozers. I guess the radio is already supposed to be aware of the "next" alarm (in case of connectivity loss) so don't see why point [6] couldn't be done - perhaps as part of the custom clock applet.
