Make sure boom is connected to mysqueezebox server and not computer squeeze server. It happens to me too when then are connected to other network. I don't know where this is out of my head, but you can find it in radio setting on boom, you could probably do this from server ul also by going to mysqueezebox from within web control while controlling boom. If not, you can search menu on radio and its there. Hope this helps.
