I just purchased my 2nd unit a couple weeks ago and something similar
happen to me.  

I had entered the wrong email (typo) on setting up the new radio and it
created an another account on mysqueezebox.com.  I had to log into
squeezebox.com using the incorrect email and had to remove it from that
account.   Then I when back to the new radio and corrected the email and
then it showed up on my correct account.
