Thats how the backup alarm i supposed to work hopefully they get it rigth this time. If all else fails, and it cant get your local file or remote radio station you have set for alarm sound it will (hopefully in 7.4.2 ) fire the backup alarm sound. The remaining mistake (regarding alarms) imho is that as just like the BOOM Radio remembers only the next alarm when severed from the server, BOOM cant do better smale cpu and memory you now. In the new devices Radio and Touch, why don't push the whole 7 day schedule for all alarms to the backup scheme . You can have outtakes for moore than 24 hours and you can have moore than one alarm inside that period ? -- Mnyb -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: SB3 (soon to replaced by a Touch :) It is on preorder) Bedroom/Office: Boom Kitchen: Receiver (soon to be replaced by my SB3 and the SBR to be stuffed in a box in the attic ) I use a Controller various ir-remotes and a Eee-PC with squeezeplay to control this ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=75541 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
