Thanks for the links. But I tried my "new" remote and a couple of Boom remotes, and they all behave the same. I also opened them up, and they ALL have the same part number. If they are supposed to be shipping an upgraded remote, then someone at Logitech has goofed again. However the whole idea behind the original Slim design, was that all devices could be operated by other remotes in the product range. If they have changed the design, because the Radio can't use them, then this is a mistake IMO. If it ain't broke, then don't fix it.
