This is the point we are making. We have been told that the Radio
Battery ships with a slightly different remote, that looks the same on
the outside, but has different internals. Now if that was me, i would
change the part number.
Don't get me wrong, i think these Slim / Logitech players are
fantastic, and they have changed the way that i listen to music. They
fully deserve to dominate the mass market, but in order to do that, you
have to ensure that new plays nice with old and Vice-versa.
I expect that the volume control bugs being reported, can and will be
fixed by a firmware update. Once they are, KEEP the code, and base any
new players on the existing code.
