there is a beginners guide to squeezebox server in the wiki. The Western Digital is not powerful enough to run squeezebox server. You need to either install the SBS on a PC and keep it running (you might want to do that first to get a feel how it works), buy an additional NAS (powerfull enough) or buy a sheevaplug.
