You are of course right - I did not know your bugzilla tool when I
opened this thread. It is rather hidden ("Sticky: NEW Bugzilla Process"
does not say to much to "normal" users) and I doubt that normal users
are willing (or able) to use it! Usually a few hints from your
costumers should be sufficient and the power users or your staff can go
into details... Sometimes it is probably not a bug but a new feature -
without proper documentation.
