You can add a stream to Favorites from your Radio, but the way to do it is not intuitive. You can not add it from the Now Playing view (where you see the stream logo and it is play).
You need to go to the list that has the list of streams. Cursor down to stream name you wish to choose. Before you press the navigation button to play that stream, press +.
