Thanks for responding bpa. Let me clarify what I'm doing. The podcast I am trying to ffwd is an mp3 that is on my hard drive (I use a program called Replay Radio to record them). I am running the squeezebox server on my PC.
When I press and hold ffwd, the radio display starts counting 1, 2, 3 up to about 8, then gives up. During this, the audio continues unabated.
