After reading MickeyG's post from the 2nd of March & then calling today
to inquire about the status of my order for a Squeezebox Radio
Accessory Pack I am starting to feel like I have been scammed.

MickeyG's post said "I can promise to do what I can to make them
available as soon as possible" on March 2. For a while the website said
Logitech's Squeezebox Radio Accessory Pack will be available on April 12
(this past Monday). Today, April 16, when I called a customer service
representative she said they didn't know when they would be available.
She went on to say that even the whare-house didn't know when I asked
who would know even an estimate. All this while the website STILL says
it is available on the 12 (4 days ago).

Vague, uninformed, and inaccurate information = AWFUL Customer service
& suspicious 

Wish someone could provide some information on what is going on & when
those customers who have ALREADY ordered the product can get a decent
idea of when to possible expect the product.
