The other way around might be easier: set the laptop to have the player's MAC, authenticate, and then set it back (or go offline) and the Touch in theory should be okay. It's unlikely to have a generic method that could run on the Touch. These t&c pages often have a ton of javascript that would need to be interpreted, and there is no standard. (Not to mention that auto-accepting T&C type pages violates the whole intent of such things...) The touch would pretty much need to run a reasonably complete web browser to do it.
