Again, as iPhone asked, was your credit card charged?
Or did you pay with cash?

It is against the rules for a merchant to charge a Visa or MasterCard
card until the product has been shipped. If they charged you, then you
have a complaint.

If your credit card account has not been charged, then they do not have
your money.

It is acceptable for a merchant to put a "AUTH" on your account for the
amount before it is shipped, but this just reduces your available credit
limit, it does not mean that you have to pay.

I hesitate to get into this, because you, Jakearama, seem to be making
some heated claims, and I do not claim that what Logitech did was
wonderful, or even wise. But I do know the ins and outs of Internet
credit card processing. And unless something happened that you have not
stated, no one "took your money".

That hasn't happened.
